Your Responsibilities

• Identify potential healthcare candidates leveraging our unique platform and your contact list
• Initiate outreach to potential candidates, introducing the exciting opportunities at MLR
• Coordinate meetings between candidates and recruiters for further assessment
• Ensure ongoing engagement with candidates to nurture interest throughout their hiring journey
• Keep precise and current records within our applicant tracking system
• Generate income based on scheduled meetings, executed interviews, and successful placements resulting from your outreach

Compensation Structure
