• Engage potential candidates to introduce MLR's exciting opportunities and assess their interest
• Arrange appointments between candidates and recruiters for thorough screening
• Follow up with leads to foster interest and aid in their hiring journey
• Keep precise and updated records in our applicant tracking system
• Earn commissions based on meetings arranged, interviews conducted, and hires resulting from your outreach
