Pediatric Emergency Department Float Pool Registered Nurse
Advocate Health and Hospitals Corporation
The Pediatric Emergency Department Float Pool Registered Nurse provides age-appropriate, evidence-based care to children and families across emergency and related units. This role uses the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, administers medications and treatments, and responds to changing patient conditions. The RN documents in the EHR, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, upholds safety standards, and floats to units within the service area to meet patient care needs.
