Pediatric Float Pool Registered Nurse II

Advocate Health and Hospitals Corporation is seeking a General Pediatrics Float Pool RN II to provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care across pediatric units and care settings. The RN assesses patients, develops and implements care plans, administers medications and treatments, monitors responses, and documents care in the electronic health record. This role partners with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, educates children and families, and adapts to changing unit needs while maintaining safety and quality standards.
