This is a hybrid, part-time opportunity for a physician who is passionate about delivering high-quality addiction care and driving clinical excellence.Key Responsibilities:Provide clinical leadership and oversight for the OBOT programSupervise Nurse Practitioners and other physiciansCollaborate with providers, administrative staff, and patients to ensure quality care deliveryDeliver guidance, feedback, and training to clinical staffImplement and enforce standards of care and clinical protocolsAddress performance concerns and ensure corrective actions are completedMaintain active involvement in patient care as neededParticipate in occasional out-of-state travelMust be familiar with and comfortable using EHR systems, Word, and Excel.Schedule & Work Environment:10–15 hours per weekSchedule determined collaborativelyMust be available during standard business hoursHybrid role with required on-site clinic presence as neededQualifications:Board Certified in Addiction Medicine or Psychiatry (both preferred)Active Medical License and DEA Registration in the state of OHExperience supervising advanced practice providers (NPs/PAs) preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsComfortable working with EHR systems and basic software (Word, Excel)Compensation:Starting at $150/hour, with higher rates based on experienceIdeal Candidate:We are looking for a proactive and engaged leader—not just an overseer—who is committed to improving patient outcomes and supporting clinical teams through direct involvement, mentorship, and accountability.Here is what you can expect from us:AppleGate Recovery a progressive substance abuse treatment organization, is committed to the highest quality of patient care in a comfortable outpatient clinic setting.
