Registered Nurse Residency Career Opportunity Encompass Health is a national inpatient rehabilitation leader offering a 9‑month Nurse Residency Program for new graduates or nurses with less than one year of experience. The residency provides structured guidance, interdisciplinary shadowing, focused education, and an evidence‑based project to set you up for long‑term success in rehabilitation nursing. Program Overview The program is designed to build your confidence and skills, provide mentorship, and prepare you for a successful career. You will: Provide individualized, compassionate care to patients. Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Deliver direct patient care when needed. Celebrate patient victories and milestones. Engage in an evidence‑based project. Qualifications Valid RN licensure in the required state(s).
