Position Title: Semantic / Analytics Engineers
Location: Minneapolis, MN & Hartford, CT (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Job Description:
Build and maintain data models and analytics solutions for business reporting.
Work with tools like SQL, dbt, and BI platforms to organize and transform data.
Create metrics, dashboards, and reports that help teams make better decisions.
Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand.
Work with business and data teams to understand requirements and turn them into analytics solutions.
Improve existing data pipelines, models, and reporting processes.
Help define common business terms and KPIs so everyone uses the same metrics.
