Full-time and part-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign-on bonus, available through 9/30/2026. This position is also referral eligible.

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our statewide Urology Triage Pod, providing exceptional telephone triage and clinical support to patients calling with symptoms and concerns related to our Urology practices across the state. In this role, the Call Center Triage RN supports both new and established patients across the state. The RN utilizes clinical judgment, evidence-based triage protocols, and specialty knowledge to assess patient concerns, identify appropriate levels of care, provide patient education, and facilitate timely connection to the appropriate care team or service. Training: Training will be completed remotely and may include insight training within Urology clinics to support understanding of specialty-specific workflows, resources, and patient populations. Multiple positions and shifts are available, including: 7:00 am 3:30 pm 8:00 am 4:30 pm 9:00 am 5:30 pm Monday Friday | Full-time No weekends! No holidays! A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience is preferred, with a BSN preferred. Previous telephone triage experience is a plus. Urology or specialty nursing experience is highly valued. Requirements:

• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA. Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Two years experience in an ambulatory setting preferred.
• Knowledge of procedures for performing the functions appropriate to the specific clinical area and familiarity with designated pieces of equipment and supplies.
• Requires ability to coordinate a number of functions for a group of patients in an effective timely manner.
• Requires awareness and understanding of legal implications of patient care activities and performance as a Registered Nurse.
• Requires ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction.
