Medical Laboratory Scientist or Technician

Hourly Wage Estimate: $29.72 - $46.60 / hour Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor, performs all technical procedures in accordance with all standards set by applicable regulatory agencies including CAP, JCAHO, CLIA, AABB and OSHA. Maintains knowledge of all procedures and protocols. Maintains proficiency in performance of technical procedures. Required to work variable shifts to cover for PTO. Testing is provided for patients with varying degrees of clinical conditions and different acuity levels. Testing is provided for all age ranges from newborns to geriatric patients. Qualifications (MLS) Medical Laboratory Scientist, or (MT-AAB) Medical Technologist, or (MLT) Medical Laboratory Technician, or Bachelors Degree, or Associate Degree, or Vocational School Graduate must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date Successful completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Science program.
