Line Cook $20.05-21.30/hr Responsibilities You will be preparing food the Red Robin way, which includes cutting, sautéing, broiling, frying, and cooking various meals including meats, fish, poultry, vegetables, soups, salads, and other ingredients. You will keep guests worry-free by adhering to safe food handling and cleanliness rules. In addition to base pay you will also receive a free meal each shift. Qualifications Must be 17 years old or older. Must be 18+ to be eligible for health insurance. Must meet age and hours requirements for other benefits (e.g., 21+ for retirement). Benefits Flexible work schedules. 50% discount on Red Robin food and 25% for your family. Referral bonuses for bringing new members to the team. Additional compensation and benefits (listed below). Excellent opportunities to grow with us. Legal Disclosures Pay Range (Base Pay): $20.05-21.30/hr. Other Types of Compensation: Referral Bonus, Employee Stock Purchase Program (after 1+ years of service, must have 20+ hours/week). Health Insurance: Health, vision, dental, accident, critical illness and hospital indemnity coverage (must be 18+). Retirement Benefits: 401k retirement plan with company match to 4% of pay (must be 21+, after 1+ years of service, and 1,000+ hours/year).
