Position Overview

As a Client Service Team Lead , you'll deliver exceptional client experiences while supporting the development of a collaborative, high-performing remote team.

This position combines customer service, relationship management, and leadership development in a flexible work-from-home environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Service

• Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments

• Provide professional guidance regarding benefits and coverage options

• Answer client questions and resolve concerns with a solutions-focused approach

• Assist clients with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service needs

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Leadership

• Lead by example while delivering exceptional client experiences

• Coach, support, and encourage team members
