Electronics Maintenance Technician

Job TitleRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentFour (4) years' experience troubleshooting electrical controls and working with PLC's in an industrial facilityNice to Have:Previous experience in a manufacturing automotive environment.Associate degree in ElectronicsFanuc/ABB robot experienceCMMS experienceFamiliar with Microsoft Office productsResponsibilities:Program and debug PLC ladder logix using Rockwell softwareTroubleshoot automated equipment via Slc500, Plc5 or Control Logix processorTroubleshoot both high voltage AC and low voltage DC electrical circuits using digital multimeterMaintain automation networks (devicenet, controlnet and data highway)Maintain AC and DC inverter drivesDiagnose system failure of pressure transducers, photoelectric sensors, proximity switches and light curtainsPerform system maintenance on MMI's (Panelview, DTAM, RSView)Read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, and technical orders to determine methods and sequences of assemblies.Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware in housings or assemblies, using soldering equipment and hand tools.Perform maintenance from work orders, preventative work orders (PM's) as well as from written and verbal instructions.Operate forklifts, Aerial liftsBenefits:Eight hour shift with paid lunch, time and a half over 8 hours, double time over 10 hour, 401k with company match, retirement pension, full coverage benefit plan options, paid vacation (up to 5 weeks), 15 calendar holidays, paid sick/disability leave (including sick days), employee assistance program; comprehensive health and wellness programs (including no cost wellness clinic for employee and covered dependents), on-site fitness center, tuition assistance, and attendance bonuses.
