This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, persistence, determination, and the capacity to complete daily/weekly requirements. Paid per driver hired. 1099 position only. Responsibilities Assist qualified applicants in completing carrier/client application and ensuring all required documents are sent to each carrier/client. Schedule and confirm applicants for orientation, communicate travel and lodging agreements, and overcome obstacles preventing applicants from attending scheduled orientation. Perform administrative duties and other duties as assigned.
