Schedule & Pay: 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM – 3:15 PM; Friday OT $26.50 - $34.35 Job Summary: The Team Lead is responsible for coordinating and performing production activities in their respective departments while ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are being met. Job Duties Participates in the hiring, onboarding, training, and development of employees in his/her department. Directs the work efforts of employees in his/her department. Assists in performance reviews and identifies the need for performance management of employees in his/her department. Tracks and assists in the write‑up process for employee attendance in his/her department. Provides backup for the department’s manager in instances including attending meetings, acting as a decision maker, and reviewing UKG and timesheets, as directed. Performs job interviews for positions within his/her department.
