Location: Princeton, MN
Compensation: $18.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday-Thursday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring General Production workers for a manufacturing company specializing in interior and exterior doors in Princeton, MN. In this role, you'll help produce high-quality doors while working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy working with tools, building products, and staying active throughout your shift, this opportunity could be a great fit. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a General Production Worker:

• Measure, cut, and assemble wood components to build doors
• Operate sanding equipment, including orbital sanders and automatic sanding machines
• Use a Uni-saw to cut wood to precise lengths
• Stack and organize wood materials based on size and specifications
• Glue and assemble wood pieces to create finished doors

What You Need to Bring to the General Production Role:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodations
• Skill in reading a tape measure accurately
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for a 10-hour shift
• Previous manufacturing or woodworking experience is helpful but not required - entry-level candidates welcome
• Reliable transportation to the Princeton, MN area
