Diverse Staffing is currently seeking Food Production Associates for a leading food manufacturing facility in McDonough, GA. As a Food Production Associate, you will play a vital role in preparing, packaging, and inspecting food products while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.

Your Day-to-Day Tasks Will Be:
Product Packaging & Production

• Package finished food products according to production specifications.
• Assemble and prepare shipping boxes for completed products.
• Stack and organize finished products onto pallets for shipment.
• Assist with production line operations to meet daily output goals.

Quality Inspection

• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and proper packaging.
• Verify product appearance, labeling, and packaging requirements.
• Report damaged products, packaging defects, or quality concerns to supervisors.

Food Safety & Compliance

• Follow all food safety, GMP, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the work area.
• Adhere to company policies and regulatory food manufacturing standards.
• Support a safe and efficient production environment.

Team Support

• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and supervisor direction.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
• Assist in other production areas as needed.
