Warehouse Associate

Are you an experienced forklift operator looking for a stable opportunity with room to grow? We are hiring Warehouse Associates to support a leading 3PL warehouse operation serving data center customers. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly expanding facility that is expected to grow from 120 employees to 250 employees this year, with a strong focus on promoting from within.

Pay & Shift Differentials

Base Pay: $20.00/hr

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM ($20.00/hr)
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM ($21.50/hr)
• 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday, 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM ($22.50/hr)
• Weekend Days: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 AM - 5:30 PM ($23.00/hr)
• Weekend Nights: Friday-Sunday, 5:00 PM - 5:30 AM ($23.75/hr)

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently by safely moving, storing, and shipping inventory.

Daily Responsibilities

Operate stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, and reach trucks

Load, unload, transport, and stack materials throughout the warehouse

Conduct daily equipment safety inspections

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment

Move pallets, crates, and inventory to designated locations

Assist with inventory counts and stock tracking

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Work collaboratively to meet productivity and shipping goals

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Experience operating stand-up forklifts and/or reach trucks
• Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material handling experience
• Ability to safely work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Experience with order picking and inventory handling
• Ability to pass a forklift skills assessment within the first 1-2 days of employment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) environment
• Data center logistics or warehouse experience
• General warehouse labor experience
