Job Responsibilities
- Provide resident care according to approved care plans
- Assist with daily activities, personal care, and ensuring resident safety
- Follow infection control procedures
- Comply with all documentation and record-keeping policies, including vital signs
- Report any violations of the Residents' Bill of Rights immediately
Qualifications
- Current CNA/STNA license
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Service-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn
- Positive attitude and reliability
- Excellent attendance
