What You'll Be Doing as a Guest Experience And Brand Host:
Greet guests at the VIP entrance, scan their tickets and hand them their VIP lanyards
Make sure that all customer needs are met in a prompt, professional, and efficient manner
Respond to customer's needs, requests, complaints, and other unusual situations
Provide personalized service and uses the customer's name
Observe customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintains strict cleanliness of the VIP area
Serve patrons with food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner
Provide information to help with food and beverage selections
Prepare VIP for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils
Serve beverages to customers
Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, food handling and alcohol beverage control policies
Community Engagement & Hub Ownership - Take complete ownership of the guest experience at your assigned hub

Job Requirements:
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
Have a professional, clean appearance with a straight posture
Employees are responsible for arriving in black shirts, pants and shoes (no logos)
Be physically able to stand up for long hours
Understand customer service and hospitality
Work well with others
Pay attention to the details
Working fast and efficiently under pressure
Have a welcoming and friendly attitude (smile and proper greetings)
Know when to get the help of a supervisor
Possess the ability to learn a point-of-sale system and retain the information
Availability for the whole city duration
Speak English - other languages are an asset
Hospitality -First Background: Proven experience in customer service, brand ambassadorship, hospitality, or conversational sales
Background Check and Drug test required
