At The Fun Kids Dentist & Orthodontist, we're not your typical dental office we're a fun, fast-paced pediatric and orthodontic office where kids actually look forward to coming to the dentist! From our underwater-themed office to our amazing team culture, we believe smiles start the moment families walk through our doors. We're looking for an experienced, upbeat, organized, and friendly Patient Care Coordinator to help create an incredible experience for our patients and families.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greeting patients and families with warmth and energy.
• Scheduling appointments for pediatric and orthodontic patients.
• Answering phones with kindness and professionalism.
• Helping parents understand appointments and treatment flow.
• Verifying insurance and handling patient accounts.
• Managing patient check-in/check-out.
• Keeping schedules running smoothly during busy days.
• Working closely with our doctors and clinical team.
• Creating a positive, fun experience for every child who visits.

What We're Looking For:

• Dental office experience strongly preferred.
• Pediatric or orthodontic experience is a huge plus.
• Friendly and confident communicator.
• Organized and detail-oriented.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
• Someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families.
