• Licenses/Certifications: Active Arkansas PT License, Current AHA BLS Certification, must have NPI number
• Experience: 2-5 years management experience in a therapy setting; rural or critical access hospital experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary Range: $115,000 to $135,000 annually (posted based on $115K)
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations and clinical performance of rehabilitation services
• Manage therapy programs to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance
• Supervise and support PT and PTA staff, including conducting evaluations for PTs
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Ensure documentation and EMR systems (preferably Trubridge/CPSI) are accurately maintained
• Maintain budget and operational efficiency within the department
• Lead strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes in inpatient and outpatient settings

What You Need:

• Active Arkansas PT License and current BLS certification
• 2-5 years' management experience in therapy services
• Strong communication, patient education, and team leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a smaller team environment
• Familiarity with EMR/documentation systems (preferred Trubridge/CPSI)
• Ability to work with mixed inpatient and outpatient caseloads
• Vaccination requirements: Flu shot and records
