Pay & Benefits

• Salary Range: $115,000 - $135,000 annually (based on experience, posted at $115K for initial listing)
• Pay package discussed upon application

What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations and strategic direction of rehabilitation services
• Manage therapy programs for inpatient (swing bed) and outpatient settings
• Supervise and support PT and PTA staff, including evaluating therapists
• Ensure high-quality, compliant patient care aligning with federal and Arkansas state regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to develop treatment plans
• Monitor and improve clinical performance, staff productivity, and operational efficiency
• Maintain documentation accuracy and EMR system use (Trubridge/CPSI preferred)
• Support staff in maintaining compliance with vaccination requirements, including flu shots

What You Need
Required:

• Active Arkansas PT License
• Current AHA BLS Certification
• NPI number
• 2-5 years of management experience in a therapy setting
• Strong communication, patient education, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a smaller team

Preferred:

• Experience working in rural or critical access hospital settings
• Familiarity with EMR systems (Trubridge/CPSI strongly preferred)
• Comfortable floating between inpatient and outpatient caseloads
