I opened my agency in 2016 after a career managing jewelry stores, where I developed a passion for sales, customer service, and leadership. I also hold the CHFC® (Chartered Financial Consultant) designation. Outside of work, I'm the proud mom of one son and a lifelong dog lover with a passion for animal welfare. Giving back to the community is important to me, especially when it comes to supporting local animal rescues. I regularly contribute to animal-related organizations, fundraisers, and community events that help care for animals in need. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Associate for Olga Wolf - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
