Trust Accounting Associate
$28 - $34 per hourSolomon Page
We are partnered with an entertainment company that is looking for a Temp- to- Hire Accountant. The position is hybrid in Century City. Pay: $28-$34/ hour
Responsibilities:
- Log and maintain booking reports; process payments and generate invoices
- Apply deposits for upcoming events
- Settle shows based on agent numbers and release payments to clients
- Maintain and update master release grid (deposits, settlements, etc.)
- Collect and enter updates on prior booking reports
- Review unclaimed and held checks/wires and identify resolution
- Handle funds-on-hold, open booking, and invoice follow-up
- Attach supporting documentation to payments and file documents on a timely basis
- Provide information as requested by agent offices and coordinators
- Support system and process improvement projects
- Escalate issues to Accounting Supervisor as needed
