Moving Team Leader

Job Description

The Moving Team Leader will oversee small teams of 3-5 members to coordinate and execute residential and commercial moves efficiently and safely. This role involves planning routes, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining clear communication with customers to deliver a high-quality moving experience within local and regional areas.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate moving teams of 3-5 members
Plan and optimize moving routes for residential and commercial relocations
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance standards
Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve issues
Identify and solve problems during the moving process
Maintain high standards of quality assurance throughout each move

Preferred Qualifications

1+ years experience in moving and logistics
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Proven team leadership skills
Strong customer service abilities
