Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. | One Saturday per month | On-call rotation

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be one of the first voices our customers hear and a key part of turning new opportunities into lasting relationships. You'll combine strong customer service with a sales mindset, taking the time to understand what each customer needs, recommend the right solution, and confidently guide the conversation toward booked work. From responding to inbound inquiries to reaching out and creating new business, you'll have a direct impact on the customer experience and Woodard's continued growth. If you enjoy connecting with people, building trust, and turning great conversations into results, you'll feel right at home in this role.

What You'll Do:

• Convert inbound inquiries into booked jobs and long-term customer relationships
• Generate new residential and commercial opportunities through outbound campaigns
• Identify upsell and recurring service opportunities during customer conversations
• Provide pricing information and gather the details needed to move opportunities forward
• Follow up consistently with customers to confirm schedules, assess satisfaction, and uncover future needs
• Coordinate job scheduling based on customer preferences and crew availability
• Maintain accurate customer, job, and sales activity information in Woodard's systems

• Build rapport quickly and listen carefully before recommending a solution
• Stay calm, professional, and focused while managing a steady volume of calls and web inquiries
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and teammates
• Stay organized and follow up without being reminded
• Adjust comfortably when priorities shift or urgent requests arise
• Balance building customer relationships with moving opportunities forward
• Like to win business without sacrificing the customer experience

What You'll Need:

• 2+ years of retail, direct sales, or customer-facing sales experience
• Confidence on the phone and the ability to guide a conversation toward a clear next step
• Strong follow-through and attention to detail
