Professionals with approximately 0–5 years of architectural experience are encouraged to apply.

Architects with 5+ years of experience who are ready to take on greater responsibility and potentially move toward a leadership or Partner-track role may find this opportunity particularly attractive.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate may have experience in some or all of the following:

Architecture & Documentation

• Construction Document production
• Existing Conditions documentation
• Architectural drawing and detailing
• Working from existing prototype drawing sets
• Client and brand standards
• Adapting prototype documents to specific project conditions
• Jurisdiction-specific documentation requirements
• Code research and applicability

Technical Skills

• Advanced AutoCAD proficiency is highly valued
• Adobe Creative Suite
• Rendering and visualization software
• Other architectural design and production software

We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate a strong understanding of the relationship between existing conditions, client/brand standards, prototype documents, code requirements, and final Construction Documents .

If you have recently completed CD sets that demonstrate your technical abilities, we would be interested in seeing them.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design from an accredited program is preferred.

International education and/or professional experience is welcome when appropriately verified and valid .

Licensure is not required , although professional licensure is considered a plus.

Most openings are appropriate for candidates with 0–5 years of experience , while experienced architects with 5+ years of experience may be considered for positions involving increased project, client, team, and business responsibilities.
