Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Assist with event setup, logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations.

• Welcome attendees and provide outstanding customer service during events.
• Maintain event materials, displays, and promotional resources.
• Track event performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all events reflect company standards and professionalism.
• Support administrative tasks related to event coordination and planning.
