What You'll Do


Travel to client locations to diagnose, repair and support commercial and industrial cleaning and packaging equipment-including vacuums, scrubbers, and sweepers-to ensure safe, reliable performance.

Core Responsibilities (Both Roles)

• Test equipment to diagnose repair needs
• Repair or replace parts and make necessary adjustments
• Retest equipment to ensure proper operation
• Complete detailed and accurate service reports
• Set up and test new equipment prior to customer delivery
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Participate in manufacturer training to grow technical expertise
• Represent the company professionally and build strong customer relationships

Field Service Technician (80% Travel)

• Travel to customer sites throughout NE and Northern Wisconsin
• Perform on-site diagnostics, repair, and preventative maintenance
• Manage daily service routes and scheduling
• Serve as a primary customer-facing representative of the company

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and understand verbal and written instructions in English
• Excellent communication and customer-focused attitude
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75-125 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and work in tight spaces regularly
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills (especially for field role)

Work Environment

• Warehouse-based environment with exposure to dust, temperature changes, fragrances, and cleaning chemical odors
• Moderate industrial noise levels
• Fast-paced, hands-on work setting
• Field role includes daily driving and working at customer locations
