We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth and strategic partnerships on TikTok in the LATAM market, especially Mexico. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building relationships with creators, agencies, and executing initiatives that scale our presence and revenue on TikTok.

What you will do

• Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with TikTok creators, talent agencies, and MCNs

• Execute growth strategies to expand TikTok channel performance and monetization

• Source and negotiate collaboration deals (content partnerships, campaigns, affiliate programs, etc.)

• Analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversion, ROI) and optimize BD strategies accordingly

• Stay on top of TikTok trends, algorithm changes, and content best practices

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and product teams to align on campaigns

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners and opportunities

Skills, qualifications and experience we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

• 2-5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, influencer marketing, or creator marketing

• Experience working with TikTok creators or agencies

• Proven track record in forming long-term partnerships or driving measurable growth

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• English & Spanish work proficiency language skills

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics

• Highly proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to leverage AI to enhance work efficiency
