Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Travel Contract – Omaha, Nebraska Phaxis Health Solutions has an immediate opening for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Omaha, Nebraska. We are currently seeking a skilled LPN to join our team for an 8‑13 week travel contract. The position offers the chance to provide quality care in a variety of healthcare settings such as hospitals, clinics, and long‑term care facilities while exploring the vibrant city of Omaha. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans. Document all patient interactions, treatments, and medications accurately and timely. Educate patients and their families about healthcare procedures and self‑care techniques. Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines. Qualifications Valid LPN license in the state of Nebraska. Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN. BLS certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
