PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE

Ordering Packaging Components Marlex Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking a motivated individual interested in a great opportunity with a unique, growing pharmaceutical company for a full-time front office associate. Duties & Responsibilities Proficient in Microsoft office (excel, word & PowerPoint) Drug Product Research Entering and updating data Scanning and resaving documents Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary Ordering Packaging Components Ability to learn new tasks Set priorities, plan and organize tasks Operate office equipment, such as photocopier, printers, etc. Record meeting minutes and dictations Essential Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Successful work experience in a front office setting or in another clerical position Excellent work knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting principles Ability to effectivity use and maintain office equipment Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) Strong communication and people skills Great organizational and multitasking abilities NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE Marlex Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer NOTE: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
