We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This position will manage personal injury matters from intake through pre-suit resolution, ensuring cases are handled efficiently, clients receive excellent communication, and files continue progressing toward settlement without stagnation.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and experienced in negotiating personal injury claims while working collaboratively with case managers, paralegals, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

• Manage a caseload of personal injury pre-litigation matters from intake through settlement
• Develop case strategies and evaluate liability, damages, and treatment progress
• Draft and review demand packages, settlement communications, and other legal documents
• Negotiate bodily injury and property damage claims with insurance carriers
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case status and treatment updates
• Review medical records, bills, liens, and supporting documentation related to damages
• Work closely with case managers and support staff to ensure timely progression of files
• Monitor and track key performance metrics, including settlements, case movement, and overall file progression
• Identify cases that should transition into litigation and coordinate with litigation teams when necessary
• Ensure all files are properly documented and maintained within the case management system
• Provide excellent client service while maintaining professionalism and urgency throughout the case lifecycle

• Active license to practice law in Florida
• 2+ years of personal injury experience preferred, particularly in pre-litigation
• Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills
• Experience handling bodily injury claims and insurance negotiations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
