Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution, ensuring cases continue progressing efficiently and proactively through each stage of litigation. This role requires strong litigation experience, strategic case management, and the ability to effectively advocate for clients while maintaining excellent communication and organization skills. Responsibilities: * Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents * Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, evidence organization, and trial strategy * Meet monthly settlement targets based on caseload and case complexity * Track and manage key performance metrics, including settlements per month, case movement, and overall case lifecycle * Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from filing through resolution, ensuring consistent case progression with no stagnation * Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal team members * Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure timely and efficient case handling * Ensure compliance with all court deadlines and procedural requirements while advancing cases efficiently through each phase * Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances * Develop case strategies, evaluate liability and damages, and proactively move cases toward resolution Qualifications: * Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with close attention to detail * Experience handling depositions, hearings, and mediations * 2+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred * Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus * Active license to practice law in Florida * Ability to effectively manage and prioritize a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment * Strong understanding of Florida civil litigation procedures, court rules, and case management practices About Company The Morgan Law Group is a fast-paced, client-focused law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional results. #WHLAW3 PI89cbf4f30344-29400-40711652
