⚖️ The Work

You will handle sophisticated plaintiff-side litigation involving:

• Catastrophic injury
• Wrongful death
• Premises liability
• Medical malpractice
• Complex negligence and liability disputes

Responsibilities include:

• Managing cases from filing through trial
• Taking and defending depositions
• Arguing motions and handling discovery strategy
• First-chair or second-chair jury trial work
• Leading litigation teams and coordinating experts and support staff

Compensation

• Base salary up to $250,000
• Performance bonus potential up to $200,000
• Clear path toward substantial trial-driven earnings

What They’re Looking For

• 4+ years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Jury trial experience (first or second chair)
• Strong courtroom presence and advocacy skills
• Ability to independently manage high-value litigation matters
• Must be admitted to practice in Florida
