Automated Blow Molding Technician Kenosha, WI — Brand-new, highly automated facility

Compensation: $20/hr + shift differential | Type: Contract-to-hire | Trajectory: Strong growth opportunity

A day in the life

Step into a state-of-the-art production floor designed for precision and scale. Your shift begins by reviewing computerized control panels and confirming material flow. You’ll dial in blow molding parameters, run first-article checks, and keep a close eye on wall thickness and dimensions as containers come off the line. When a minor issue surfaces, you’ll troubleshoot promptly and escalate larger concerns so production never misses a beat. Throughout the day you’ll trim excess material, replenish supplies, and maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

What you’ll do

• Set up and operate advanced blow molding equipment for industrial plastic containers
• Use computerized systems to monitor machine performance and output
• Adjust production settings and parameters to maintain quality and throughput
• Perform quality checks, including dimensional and wall-thickness inspections
• Remove and trim excess material from finished parts
• Keep material moving and replenish production supplies as needed
• Troubleshoot routine issues; escalate complex problems promptly
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and organization standards

What makes you a great fit

• 2+ years operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
• Experience in plastics manufacturing strongly preferred (blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming, plastic extrusion, or highly automated plastics production)
• Comfortable working with computerized equipment and production controls
• Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, temperature controls, and automated machinery
• High attention to detail and quality; reliable and eager to learn

Schedule Training period (2–6 weeks)

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Permanent shifts

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
