Picture starting your shift in a clean, modern facility in Kenosha where advanced packaging lines shape hollow plastic containers at pace. Through Aegis, you’ll join a growing manufacturing team and operate blow molding equipment that keeps production moving and quality on point.
What you'll handle- Operate highly automated packaging equipment to create hollow plastic containers
- Carry out quality checks as needed to ensure consistency and standards
- 1–3 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- A strong work ethic and coachable mindset
