What You'll Do

Join our cutting-edge manufacturing team and play a key role in building PCB/PCBA boards used in modern technology. As a Production Associate, you will work in one of the following areas:

• SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
• PTH Insertion Machine Operation
• Server Box Assembly

You'll be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Assembling components with precision and care
• Performing quality checks to ensure high standards
• Supporting efficient production processes

What We're Looking For

We're seeking reliable and motivated individuals who:

• Have experience in production, assembly, or machine operation (preferred)
• Can lift up to 30 lbs
• Have at least 1 year of work history
• Possess basic math skills (5th-grade level)
• Can read, write, and communicate effectively

Flexible Shift Options

Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle:

• 1st Shift: MondayFriday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: MondayFriday | 3:00 PM 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: SundayThursday | 11:30 PM 7:30 AM
• Optional overtime available on weekends!

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
