Join our cutting-edge manufacturing team and play a key role in building PCB/PCBA boards used in modern technology. As a Production Associate , you will work in one of the following areas:

• SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
• PTH Insertion Machine Operation
• Server Box Assembly

✨ You’ll be responsible for:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery
• Assembling components with precision and care
• Performing quality checks to ensure high standards
• Supporting efficient production processes

We’re seeking reliable and motivated individuals who:

• Have experience in production, assembly, or machine operation (preferred)
• Can lift up to 30 lbs
• Have at least 1 year of work history
• Possess basic math skills (5th-grade level)
• Can read, write, and communicate effectively

Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday | 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• Optional overtime available on weekends!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.80/hr.
