Production Associate

Pay: Starts at $18 - $19.80/hr

Schedule: 1st shift, 2nd shift and 3rd shift + optional overtime

Work Environment: Clean, modern, climate-controlled facility (ESD-safe)

What You'll Do

• Operate SMT & PTH machines to build PCB/PCBA boards
• Load/unload component reels and monitor production lines
• Assemble server units using hand & power tools
• Perform testing (pass/fail) on finished products
• Handle materials up to 30 lbs
• Follow build instructions, safety, and quality standards

Basic Requirements

• 1+ year work experience (any field, reliability matters)
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs consistently
• Basic math & English skills
• Some assembly/machine operation experience

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• SMT/PTH or PCB manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with electronics assembly
• Experience in ESD environments

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.80/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
