The Phoenix Center for Rehab & Pediatrics is a skilled nursing facility located in Haskell, NJ. We are looking for devoted and caring Physical Therapists to join our team and help our Pediatric population!

The Physical Therapist’s overall responsibility is to manage the care of the resident and manage the quality of all related outcomes. The therapist participates as an integral part of the interdisciplinary team, manages resources to meet the needs of the patient/resident and related customers balancing outcomes and cost effective and efficient treatment. Responsibilities:

• Implement Physical Therapy programs that focus on pediatric rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient progress
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded patient centered care

Requirements:

• Actively licensed as a Physical Therapist or a Physical Therapy Assistant in NJ
• School certified preferred with experience with IEPs
• Pediatric experience a plus but not required
• Occasional weekend and holiday rotation required
• New grads welcome (experience a plus)
