Position Overview This is a full-time Nationwide Traveling Physical Therapist position based out of Houston, TX, working in a pediatric clinical outpatient setting and exclusively with infants. The role offers the opportunity to treat patients at child-friendly, state-of-the-art clinics across the United States. Travel Requirements Travel to any state where Cranial Technologies has a clinic (currently 32 states and growing). Travel typically on Monday afternoon/evening; work in clinic Tuesday through Friday and fly home Friday afternoon/evening. Home on Saturday and Sunday. Assignments are provided at least two weeks in advance. Weekly travel to a local clinic or another state; preference for candidates near a major airport. Company pays travel expenses and provides a per diem for your time there. Fast-Paced, New Settings Work in a different clinic each week, building relationships with new teammates. Take over an existing caseload, meeting new families regularly. Role Responsibilities As a Clinician, you will treat infants to reshape head shapes with the DOC Band and correct ear shapes with EarWell. You will evaluate and manage plagiocephaly and related conditions, developing strong relationships with families throughout their treatment journey. Preferred Backgrounds Physical Therapists or Occupational Therapists with knowledge of symmetry, cervical anatomy, torticollis, and infant development. Registered Nurses with hands‑on patient care experience. Certified Prosthetist‑Orthotists or Orthotists with experience in orthotics and direct patient care. Pediatric background preferred but not required; formal training and mentoring provided. Qualifications Licensed PT. 500 hours of basic orthotic fitting experience with off‑the‑shelf orthotic devices (e.g., splints, braces, maternity belts).
