Sales Representative Team Lead
Full-Time Employment : Base pay + commissions + full benefits
Vertical Ownership : construction companies and general contractors sales nationwide

Ideal Candidate (Construction and GC Focus):
2+ years selling to construction companies and general contractors
Proven closing $25K+ monthly fitness amenity deals
Existing relationships with hotel GMs, regional managers, ownership groups, or Construction and GCs directors
Independent hunter who thrives on relationship sales
Daytime availability M-F with travel flexibility
Understands Construction and GCs needs: guest-friendly equipment, fast installs, 24/7 service backup, boutique resort aesthetics

Position Summary: Own end-to-end Construction and GCs fitness solutions from your local base:

• Sell wellness suite upgrades (strength + cardio + recovery) for construction companies and general contractors
• Design, procure equipment, install, service, asset/warranty management
• Target your local market + national Construction and GCs chains, groups, and associations.
• Leverage our full-service edge over OEMs and national chains

Job Requirements
Construction and GCs sales track record ($25K+ monthly closes)
Reliable transportation for property visits
High School Diploma or GED
Clean background & drug test
Professional appearance

Work Schedule & Pay
Part-time (15-20 hrs/wk) or full-time, M-F daytime
15-25% travel for key properties
100% commission start (uncapped on construction companies and general contractors deals)
Contractors first 3 months/200 hours full-time eligible
