IT Help Desk Technician — Tier 1 Support & Onboarding

Custom Computer Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Technician to provide Tier 1 support for endpoints and user-level applications. You will onboard new hires, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and manage ticketing using ManageEngine. The role includes imaging, asset tracking, and basic ERP/CRM ticket triage. Strong communication and a basic understanding of a corporate IT environment are required, with preference for familiarity with RingCentral and Exchange Online. #J-18808-Ljbffr Custom Computer Specialists, Inc.
