Job Details Job Location: Hilton Garden Inn Home2 Suites Downtown Columbia, SC - Columbia, SC 29201 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $20.00 - $20.00 Hourly What You'll Be Doing: Lead daily Restaurant & Bar operations with energy and confidence Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service Maintain a strong floor presence during key meal periods Ensure brand, quality, and guest satisfaction standards are consistently met Coordinate between kitchen and dining teams for smooth service flow Monitor inventory, manage labor levels, and support cost-control goals Conduct routine service and brand-standards audits Support emergency procedures and uphold all hotel policies Qualifications 1-2 years of food & beverage experience 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication and people-leadership skills A love for hospitality and delivering standout guest service Ability to work in a 24/7 hotel environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout shifts #J-18808-Ljbffr COMMONWEALTH LODGING MANAGEMENT LLC
