The Revenue Operations Analyst is a versatile, hands-on member of the Revenue Operations team responsible for executing and optimizing the processes that power SpyCloud's Go-To-Market engine. This role owns entitlement management and Deal Desk operations, is fluent in AI and automation tooling to sharpen reporting and reduce manual work, supports the Alliances team with partner operations, and administers and automates our Salesforce ecosystem alongside Sales Operations. What You'll Do: ENTITLEMENTS & DEAL DESK MANAGEMENT

Own Deal Desk operations end-to-end: deal structuring support, approvals, non-standard terms review, and quote-to-cash handoffs. Manage and optimize license entitlement and provisioning processes to ensure accurate, timely delivery of products and services to customers. Monitor and track license usage to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and license terms, partnering with Sales and Finance to align on entitlement strategy. Conduct periodic entitlement audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness. Maintain accurate, up-to-date entitlement documentation and customer entitlement records. Provide entitlement-related sales support, addressing inquiries and resolving access issues in a timely manner. Prepare entitlement-related reports and analytics for internal stakeholders. Serve as backup for Entitlements and Provisioning to ensure business continuity and smooth operational handoffs with Customer Success.

AI-DRIVEN REPORTING & AUTOMATION

Serve as a super user for Tableau, Clay, ZoomInfo, and Outreach, building and optimizing dashboards and reports that keep GTM data trustworthy. Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across the CRM and adjacent GTM/analytics tools to scale Deal Desk, Sales Ops, and Alliances workflows. Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvement, and track KPIs tied to entitlements, deal cycle time, and team productivity. Contribute to ongoing documentation and continuous-improvement initiatives across Revenue Operations.

ALLIANCES OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Support the Alliances team with partner lifecycle operations, helping drive efficient, scalable partner processes. Maintain and improve data quality across partner and integration records for accurate, reliable reporting. Improve how partner data is collected, standardized, and made available for reporting, surfacing actionable insight into business and financial impact. Translate cross-functional business questions from Alliances and Partner Success into structured, repeatable operating motions.

SALES OPERATIONS & SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATION

Own and maintain territory management, including assignments, updates, and ongoing alignment with business needs. Administer Salesforce: maintain data integrity across accounts, users, and related objects, and manage Flows and automation as business requirements evolve. Support sales rep onboarding/offboarding, ensuring correct system configuration, access, and territory alignment. Own the Sales Support queue, resolving requests accurately and building automation for frequent, recurring request types. Document processes and uphold governance standards to ensure compliance and system reliability.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3+ years of experience in revenue/sales operations, deal desk, or entitlement management, preferably in cybersecurity or SaaS. Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (Flows, automation, data governance). Genuine interest and demonstrated experience applying AI tools to streamline operational workflows and reporting. Proficiency with data analysis and BI tools (Databricks, Excel/Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or similar). Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Alliances and Customer Success. Nice to Have: Claude experience a strong plus Base Salary Range:

$67,000 – $87,000 The salary range reflects the expected base compensation for a fully qualified candidate at this level based on experience, qualifications, and market data at the time of posting.
