Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

To support the scaling and optimization of the go-to-market engine, the full-time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst will manage HubSpot CRM administration, drive data integrity, and deliver actionable insights while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Own the strategic administration and optimization of HubSpot CRM, ensuring data quality and reliable forecasting Build and maintain executive dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into revenue trends and performance Design and implement scalable revenue processes across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance Required qualifications: 5+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM in a Revenue Operations or Sales Operations environment Deep expertise in building and optimizing HubSpot automation, including workflows and lifecycle management Strong experience managing CPQ platforms, preferably DealHub, with complex pricing models Advanced understanding of recurring revenue metrics, including ARR and MRR Proficient in Google Sheets and/or Excel, including complex formulas and financial modeling
