Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Cath Lab to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, performing essential duties related to patient care and support.

Shift Details

Schedule: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
40 hours scheduled with 30 hours guaranteed
Possibility of shift cancellations: Up to 1 shift per week
Willingness to float to similar units or other facilities as needed
Weekend requirements: To be determined by the facility

Responsibilities

Administer patient care and assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in the Cath Lab.
Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations.

Qualifications

Minimum of 24 months of experience in the Cath Lab within the last 12 months.
Active Wyoming state license to practice nursing.
Current BLS and ACLS certification from an approved vendor.
No history of negative marks on state license.
Travel experience is highly preferred.

Additional Requirements

Candidates must be able to start on the specified date or within one week.
Requests for time off (RTO) must not exceed 7 days, with no RTO during the first week of the assignment.
Documentation required includes valid driver's license to verify residency.

Professional Appearance

All healthcare professionals in this role are required to wear teal scrubs.
