Part-Time Receptionist

Quaid Harley-Davidson is seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a warm and friendly manner and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
Answer and direct incoming phone calls politely and professionally
Screen calls for owners and managers
Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered promptly
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Maintain a detailed and accurate log of staff arrivals and departures
Receive and distribute deliveries that arrive through the front entrance
Keep the reception desk clean, organized, and free of clutter
Maintain the customer flyer rack by removing outdated materials and keeping it neat
Turn the phone system on and off promptly at store opening and closing

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Clear and legible handwriting
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Neat, business-casual appearance
Previous work experience and professional references required
Dependable, punctual, and able to work the scheduled hours consistently

Schedule

Tuesday - Thursday (Possibly Friday)9 am to 6 pm
24 - 32 hours per week

Compensation

$16.80 per hour
