Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct diverse ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during each procedure, offering clear explanations with empathy
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and referring physicians to obtain high-caliber diagnostic images
• Manage and maintain imaging equipment, swiftly addressing any technical issues
• Document procedures accurately and update patient records within our electronic medical system
• Stay informed about the latest ultrasound techniques and best practices

Educational Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Required

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or an equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
